By booking a seat through Alpha Library, you agree to the following terms:
Advance Payment Required:
Seat bookings are only confirmed after full advance payment.Non-Payment Policy:
If payment is not made, your booking will not be considered valid or live.Monthly Booking:
To continue your seat for the next month, you must pay before the last week of the current month. Seats are not guaranteed without timely payment.Priority Rule:
If another student books your seat before your payment, your seat cannot be held. We operate on a first-paid, first-booked basis.Confirmation Call:
After payment, you will receive a confirmation call. If you don’t receive a call, please call us between 10 AM – 6 PM to confirm your booking.AC, Wi-Fi, and Power Backup:
All amenities are available for paid users as long as the library is open and operational.

No Refunds After Booking:
Once you book your seat, no refund will be issued unless:The library is unable to provide a seat due to overbooking or operational issues.
No Refunds for Change of Mind or Late Arrival:
